In the DOT Tickets app, you have the convenient option to purchase commuter cards and tickets for journeys on Zealand, Lolland, Falster, and Møn.

A commuter card offers unlimited access 24 hours a day to various modes of transportation, including buses (including the harbor bus), S-trains, DSB Long-distance and Regional trains, local railways, and Øresundstog. If your commuter card is valid in Greater Copenhagen, you can also add a Metro pass to travel by metro. However, if you choose not to add the Metro pass but still want to travel by metro on a specific day, you can purchase a Supplementary Ticket for Commuter Card. Commuter cards are personal and valid for the individual registered on the card. The validity period ranges from a minimum of 30 days to a maximum of 60 days.

When selecting your journey, you can enter your place of departure and arrival by specifying a stop, address, or place. You can also indicate the zones you wish to travel from and to on the map. To enable DOT Tickets to locate your position on the map accurately, ensure that your device's GPS is enabled. While allowing localization (GPS) is voluntary, it is necessary if you want to use the fast purchase buttons and view your location on the map with the applicable validity area for your ticket. Additionally, if you would like to purchase a commuter card for 2-8 coherent zones, you can select the zones by tapping on the interactive map.

The DOT Tickets app is developed by Din Offentlige Transport (DOT) and is owned by DOT. It serves as a platform that facilitates collaboration between DSB, Movia, and Metroselskabet to improve public transport on Zealand, Lolland, Falster, and Møn.

You can purchase the following types of tickets in the DOT Tickets app:

• Tickets with 2-8 zones
• Tickets for more than 8 zones between departure and arrival
• Commuter cards
• Commuter card Metro add-on
• Commuter card DSB 1' Regional Train add-on
• Bicycle ticket (Short, medium, and long)
• Supplementary Ticket for Commuter Card (1 zone)
• DSB 1' Regional Trains supplementary ticket
• City Pass Small for zone 1-4 (24, 48, 72, 96, or 120 hours)
• City Pass Large for zone 1-99 (24, 48, 72, 96, or 120 hours)',
• City Pass X-Large for zone 1-299 (24 hours)
• City Pass West for zone 101-199 (24 hours)
• City Pass South for zone 201-299 (24 hours)

You can make payments using MobilePay or a payment card. The app allows you to save your payment card details and access them using Touch ID, Face ID, or a PIN code of your choice. This feature eliminates the need to enter your card details with every purchase. Rest assured that your payment card details are securely stored with DIBS.

About the Supplementary Ticket for Commuter Card (1 zone):

• The supplementary ticket can only be used in conjunction with a valid commuter card.
• To select a zone, simply tap on the map. The chosen zone must be adjacent to the validity area specified on your commuter card.
• If you need more than one zone, you will be required to purchase a regular ticket that matches the number of zones and validity area you require.
